High/YO Fitness In The Park (ages 18+)

Join us for a combo class you never knew you needed! High/YO is more than just a work out! We will start with High Fitness, which is a simple, intense, consistent, inclusive, and fun workout! It takes old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as HIIT trainings, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more. We end class with High YO, a music-driven, light-hearted stretching class which incorporates stretching, strength, and balance to improve overall health. This FREE ongoing program is led by a certified instructor on the Sundance Park field every Wednesday night and Tartesso Sports Park field every Monday night for 8 weeks. Instructor: Alyssa Shelly.
