• 10 million square feet of development currently underway in Buckeye
• Costco opened in the summer of 2023
• Target, Ross and Harkins Backlot committed to Buckeye
• Macayo's, Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers and The Craftsman all opened their doors
• Abrazo Health broke ground at Verrado Way and Roosevelt Rd.
• Site preparations for Verrado Marketplace is underway, opening in 2025
• Fire Station 707 (Blue Horizons) broke ground, opening in early 2025
• Police Communications Center coming to Downtown Buckeye
• Downtown Specific Area Plan was approved by City Council
• KORE Power is underway

• Multiple road projects to improve roadways
• Airport operations rose 216% compared to 2022
  • New 40,000 square foot hanger opened
