- 10 million square feet of development currently underway in Buckeye
- Costco opened in the summer of 2023
- Target, Ross and Harkins Backlot committed to Buckeye
- Macayo's, Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers and The Craftsman all opened their doors
- Abrazo Health broke ground at Verrado Way and Roosevelt Rd.
- Site preparations for Verrado Marketplace is underway, opening in 2025
- Fire Station 707 (Blue Horizons) broke ground, opening in early 2025
- Police Communications Center coming to Downtown Buckeye
- Downtown Specific Area Plan was approved by City Council
- KORE Power is underway
- 3,000 job
- Operational by 2025
- Multiple road projects to improve roadways
- Airport operations rose 216% compared to 2022
- New 40,000 square foot hanger opened
