Yoga In The Park (ages 18+)

This multi-week session will journey through all 7 chakras (energy centers in the body). Each class will focus on one or two chakras to balance and improve the energetic and physical functions associated with each one. Bring water, mat, and any other props you may need. No class Feb. 20.
