Steps in the Process

Your first step in getting your Buckeye business license is to determine which license is most appropriate. Take a moment and review the different types, then select the one that best describes your business activity and apply online for your business license. You will need to register for an account in our Self Service Portal to get started. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at any point in this process.

Applications that have not provided all of the required information or documents will be held for 30 days. After the 30 days have expired, a new application must be submitted.

After reviewing your completed application, you will receive an email invoice with instructions on payment of applicable fees.
