Improvements are starting for Miller Road from Lower Buckeye Road to I-10 as part of a major Capital Improvement Program project.

Project Improvements:

• A northbound lane will be added, along with dedicated left and right turn lanes at Durango Street, improving safety and traffic flow.
• Southbound lanes will be resurfaced for a smoother commute.
• Along the Miller Road median:
• Dedicated westbound and eastbound left turn lanes will be added at Magnolia Lane and Watkins Street.
• Hess Lane will have a dedicated westbound left turn and a dedicated right turn lane for northbound traffic.
• A northbound lane will be added for access to the SpeedSmart gas station.
• Westbound Lower Buckeye Road will have a dedicated northbound right turn lane for easier flow onto Miller.

This long-term project is expected to be completed by Summer 2025. Lane restrictions will be in place during construction, but crews are committed to minimizing disruptions to your commute.
