For the aviation photography fan, the Buckeye Air Fair is offering a very limited number of Photo Pit passes, which will include a pass for Friday and Saturday (February 14/15), Friday and Sunday (February 14/16) or all weekend Friday through Sunday (February 14, 15 and 16).

If you are accredited local media, you do not need a Photo Pit Pass, please contact John O'Halloran at johalloran@buckeyeaz.gov for information regarding coverage of the Buckeye Air Fair.

The pass will cost $50 per day if approved. What does the pass get you:

• Ticket valid for Saturday (February 15), Sunday (February 16) or both days.
• All Photo Pit Pass tickets are valid for Friday (February 14) access to the practice show for an exclusive first look at the 2025 Buckeye Air Show performers and displays.
• Includes early access to Buckeye Air Show and Photo Pit areas that offer premium photography line of sight.
• Includes on-site Parking Pass
• Photo Pit consists of 15′ x 15′ areas with standing room only and includes one eight foot table for gear changeout.
• Everyone regardless of age, requires a ticket for the Photo Pit area (no other access allowed). Must be at least 18 years old to be in the Photo Pit area.
• No refunds or exchanges.

The Buckeye Air Fair provides spectacular visuals that will elevate your portfolio. If your professional outlet would like to cover the airshow, please read the information below and proceed to the online registration.

• Photo Pit Pass registration must be received no later than February 13, 2025. Requests received after February 13, 2025 are not guaranteed to be processed and will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Freelance journalists/photographers will not be allowed in the photo pit unless they are on a specific assignment from a recognized media outlet, you must register for a Photo Pit Pass below.
• Video/film/internet media production crews must receive approval from the city of Buckeye before receiving credentials.
• Blog administrators, writers, vloggers and podcast sites will not be considered for media credentials, please register for a Photo Pit Pass to be allowed into the photo area.

The 2025 Buckeye Air Show maintains the right to request additional information from any media outlet prior to approving credentials, and also may approve or reject any credential requests for the event.
