The Advanced Customer Portal is one way all residents with city of Buckeye water can monitor their water use. The online tool allows customers to access their daily water usage readings and set up alerts to notify them via email if unusually large usage is detected. The service was made possible thanks to the installation of advanced metering infrastructure across the service area.

If you are provided water by Arizona Water Company or EPCOR Water, you are not eligible for the Advanced Customer Portal, this service is only offered to residents with city of Buckeye water.

Customer portal access is offered proactively when a high water usage event is recorded and available to all customers via the signup form below.
