The Landing in Buckeye is envisioned to be West Valley’s premier destination for all things recreation, entertainment, working, shopping and living. The Landing Area Plan will define the development vision for this critical area of the city. Your valued input and participation will help shape the plan and create a unique district that attracts residents and visitors and allows businesses to thrive.

About the Area

This 2,100-acre (3.4 square mile) project site, located just south of I-10 and Verrado Way, is a critical growth area for Buckeye and a stellar opportunity to integrate an entertainment hub with unique and diverse recreational and living opportunities and a range of multifunctional health, research and educational spaces. The Landing will offer a complete experience, meeting the diverse needs and interests of Buckeye and the West Valley.
