Building a Better Buckeye
The Development Services Department is responsible for providing assistance, solutions and exceptional customer service for residents, developers and businesses who have zoning, building and permitting questions. When you see a new commercial or residential building that is under construction in Buckeye, you know that the Development Services team reviewed, inspected and approved every aspect of it to ensure it meets our modern building code and safety standards.
The Permit Center and Planning Division is now located at City Hall East at The Landing, 945 N. 215th Ave. Suite 137, and we are available by phone or email during business hours.
